Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This policy outlines terms for cancellations and refunds for Livvi services.
2. Cancellation Policy
Livvi does not allow users to directly cancel paid bookings from the dashboard. If you need a cancellation due to exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical emergency, duplicate booking, service not delivered), please contact our Support team — cancellations are handled by the Livvi support/admin team on a case-by-case basis.
Before Service Starts (admin-approved)
- More than 24 hours before: Full refund (100%) if approved by support/admin.
- 12-24 hours before: 50% refund if approved by support/admin.
- Less than 12 hours before: No refund unless exceptional circumstances are confirmed by support/admin.
After Service Starts
- Once service has started, cancellations are generally not eligible for refunds. Any exception requires explicit approval from Livvi support.
- For multi-day plans, refunds (if approved) will be pro-rata for unused days, subject to applicable fees and admin approval.
Free Trial
3-day trials can be cancelled or stopped by contacting support; trial-specific terms may apply.
3. Refund Policy
Eligible for Refund
- Service not delivered as promised
- Cancelled within allowed timeframe
- Expert did not show up
- Duplicate or error payment
Non-Refundable
- Service completed as booked
- Late cancellation (under 12 hours)
- User unavailable or denied access
- Coupon discounts used
Refund Processing
- Processed within 7-14 business days
- Credited to original payment method
- Bank processing may take 3-5 additional days
4. How to Request a Refund / Cancellation
- Contact our Support team via the Support Page or email support@livvi.in.
- Provide your booking ID, a clear reason, and any supporting evidence (photos, documents).
- Support will review and escalate to admin if needed; admins will approve cancellations where applicable.
- Approved refunds will be processed per the Refund Processing timeline below.
Support response time: typically within 48 hours. If your request is approved, the admin team will cancel the booking and process the refund according to policy.
5. Service Guarantee
If unsatisfied, request a replacement expert free of charge. We'll assign a new expert within 24 hours.
