Livvi provides home services (cleaning and laundry), not physical products. This policy explains how our services are delivered to your location.
Service Delivery
Our services are delivered in the following manner:
- Service Type: Professional house cleaning and laundry services
- Delivery Location: Your registered home address within our service areas (Delhi NCR)
- Service Timings: Based on your selected preferred time during booking
- Duration: Approximately 1 hour per visit (may vary based on service requirements)
Service Areas
We currently serve select locations in Delhi NCR. During booking, you can verify if your location is within our service area using our interactive map.
Expert Assignment Timeline
- 3-Day Free Trial: House expert assigned within 24 hours of booking confirmation
- 14-Day Plan: Expert assigned within 24 hours after payment confirmation
Service Start Date
Services typically begin the next day after expert assignment, based on your preferred time slot. You will be notified via phone/SMS once your expert is assigned.
Access Requirements
For successful service delivery:
- You or an authorized person must be present to provide access
- Provide clear directions to your building/flat if needed
- Ensure safe working conditions for our house experts
Missed Service / Rescheduling
- If you're unavailable during scheduled time, contact us to reschedule
- Expert may wait up to 15 minutes; after that, service is marked as "customer unavailable"
- Missed services due to customer unavailability will not be refunded or rescheduled automatically
Delays or Service Issues
In rare cases of expert unavailability or delays, we will notify you immediately and either reschedule or assign a replacement expert at no extra charge.
Replacement Requests
If you're unsatisfied with your assigned expert, you can request a replacement through your dashboard. We'll assign a new expert within 24 hours.
