2. Services Provided
Livvi provides:
- House cleaning services
- Laundry services
- Assignment of trained house experts
Services are available in select locations and subject to change.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain account security
- Be present during service times
- Treat house experts respectfully
- Pay for services as agreed
- Not misuse the platform
4. Booking and Payment
- Bookings subject to availability
- Prices in Indian Rupees (inclusive of taxes)
- Payment via secure gateway
- 3-day free trial for new users (one-time)
- Services are provided on a continuous basis with 14-day billing cycles. Users can renew indefinitely to maintain uninterrupted service. Service stops only if the user does not renew before the cycle ends.

6. Service Guarantee
- Service quality may vary by expert
- Request replacement if unsatisfied
- Not liable for user negligence
- House experts are independent providers
7. Limitation of Liability
- Not liable for indirect damages
- Total liability limited to service amount paid
- Not responsible for property damage during service

All content on Livvi is our property. You may not reproduce without permission.

10. Dispute Resolution
